Supporting Leaner Teams
According to Chris Leone, Oracle’s executive vice president of Applications Development, the launch addresses the challenges faced by HR leaders and managers in today’s evolving work environment. "HR leaders and managers are being asked to deliver better employee experiences, make faster decisions, and support compliance efforts, all while operating with leaner teams and more complex policies", said Leone.
The applications are built to operate within the existing security framework of Oracle Fusion Applications. By automating routine tasks and flagging situations that require human attention, the tools enable HR teams to focus on more strategic initiatives.
Customization Through AI Agent Studio
In addition to standard automation features, the system is supported by Oracle AI Agent Studio. This includes an Agentic Applications Builder, which enables organizations to design and deploy customized AI-driven automation tools without the need for traditional software development expertise. This added flexibility allows businesses to tailor the applications to meet their unique operational needs.
Oracle’s latest innovation signals a significant step forward in leveraging artificial intelligence to reshape HR operations, providing tools that combine efficiency with adaptability to meet modern workforce demands.
